Auto Appraiser – Claims

Location: Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time

We’re partnering with a leading insurance technology organization seeking experienced Auto Appraiser – Claims to join a high-performing remote team.

The Role

This is a technical, high-volume desk role for experienced auto damage professionals who enjoy negotiating repair estimates and making sound technical decisions. You’ll review estimates, negotiate supplements with repair facilities, and ensure repairs align with carrier guidelines and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate auto repair estimates and supplements with body shops.
• Manage a high-volume desk handling approximately 50 claims per week
• Produce accurate estimates using CCC One and other tools
• Investigate discrepancies and make well-supported technical decisions.
• Maintain detailed claim documentation while delivering excellent customer service.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience handling auto physical damage claims or writing auto estimates.
• Strong knowledge of auto property claims and deep understanding of direct repair programs
• Strong experience with CCC One and other claims/ auto appraisal tools
• Background with an insurance carrier, independent appraiser, or collision repair facility.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
