Our client, a leading organization within the insurance sector, is seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Technology & AI Enablement Analyst to join their Marketing Technology function. Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement AI and agent-based tools to improve marketing workflows and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate and redesign marketing processes using AI
  • Support AI adoption across marketing teams through training, guidance, and best practices
  • Own and manage the DAM platform, including structure, tagging, and governance
  • Work with marketing, creative, and vendors to improve content production and reuse
  • Redesign workflows to make marketing processes faster, more consistent, and more scalable using AI

Key Skills

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Power Platform AI) – this is a chance to move beyond experimentation and apply AI directly into real marketing workflows at enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and content workflows (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, DAM) as you’ll be working across a connected ecosystem where AI is actively reshaping how content is created, managed, and delivered.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms – you’ll take ownership of how marketing content is structured, governed, and optimised for reuse and AI-driven efficiency.
  • Ability to turn business needs into clear workflows or automation solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing use cases (content creation, tagging, personalization, optimisation) – you’ll be directly applying these capabilities to improve speed, quality, and consistency across marketing output.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – you’ll sit at the centre of marketing, creative, and technology teams, influencing how AI is adopted across the business.
