Operate tractor for tillage; operate automatic seeder in the greenhouse and turf seeder in the fields; stack sod on pallets; ability to drive automatic sod harvester and rotary mower, plant, seed, cultivate, harvest, fertilize, and pick produce; knowledge to operate irrigation pump. The produce may include cabbage. cucumbers, tomatoes. peppers, squash and com. Workers need to know how to drive tractor, operate sod fork lift, sod harvester and rotary mower; one month experience using automatic air seeder; less than high school education and one month experience on all of above.
