What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Analyst position at Olivela?
Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for day-to-day e-commerce order resolution through dropship and 3PL channels, and dropship vendor compliance and onboarding. The candidate will work closely with our 3PL & dropship partners, vendors and internal teams including Merchandising, Customer/VIP Experience and Product/Engineering to maintain a high level service to Olivela customers. The ideal candidate is process oriented with a high attention to detail, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic.
Reporting Relationships:
Individual Contributor; reports to the Director of Ecommerce Fulfillment
Essential Functions:
· Manage day-to-day 3PL & dropship vendor compliance, and partner to resolve issues (including, but not limited to shipping, fulfillment, and inventory feeds)
· Work with Director of Ecommerce Fulfillment and technical partners in vendor onboarding, training, and relationship management
· Ensure all vendors are delivering best in class Olivela brand experience on all orders
· Work with cross-functional internal partners to understand global business needs and support standardization, program development and expansion
· Deliver regular, and ad hoc reporting/analysis to support the ecommerce fulfillment department and company initiatives
· Drive dropship vendor performance improvement on compliance scorecards through communication and training support with vendors
Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree desired
- 2-3 years of experience in dropship and/or e-commerce operations
- Strong functional/technical/PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google suite and experience with Dropship platforms
- Project management experience a plus
