Olive Tree Haven is a Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) in Colton, CA dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified care for our residents. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, hallways, bathrooms, and other designated spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Launder, fold, and restock linens, towels, and personal care supplies for residents
- Follow infection control protocols and proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations in accordance with California Title 22 standards
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages promptly to the supervisor
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and room turnovers as directed by management
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred; healthcare or residential care setting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Understanding of infection control and sanitation best practices preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks independently
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor when working around residents
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality in a care environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
