**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic dental office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage patient records, and maintain a welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
**Duties**
Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage patient flow, ensuring a timely and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Utilize 10-key typing skills to accurately and efficiently update patient records.
Assist with coding and document preparation as needed.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting room, and adjacent offices.
Provide support to other office staff as needed.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Be proficient in computer software, including electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a medical office or related setting is preferred.
