Support for New BCBAs
Starting your career as a BCBA is a big step, and having the right support system makes all the difference.
At Olive Branch ABA, new BCBAs are not expected to figure everything out on their own.
You will work alongside experienced clinicians who are available for guidance, collaboration, and mentorship as you grow into the role.
New BCBAs receive additional support as they build confidence managing their caseload and supervising RBTs.
About The Role
As a BCBA at Olive Branch ABA, you will guide treatment planning and support the clinical progress of the children on your caseload.
Responsibilities include:
Compensation
Pay Range: $75–$85 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (approximately 40 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling available
We can give you cases as per your schedule. Max 6-7 cases per BCBA
Administrative systems are designed to reduce unnecessary paperwork, allowing clinicians to spend more time on clinical care and family support.

- Supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing parent training and family guidance
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals when needed
- Collaborating with other members of the clinical team

Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
