Salary Range:
- Experienced BCBA/QBA (3 years as BCBA): $81,000 – $90,000/year
- Newly Certified BCBA (<3 years as BCBA): starting at $75,000/year

We are seeking a BCBA in Sugar Land, TX, ready to bring passion, innovation, and compassion to our in-clinic and in-home ABA programs across the Greater Southwest Houston area, including Richmond, Stafford, and Missouri City.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide behavior-analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor progress using data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA/BCaBA interns.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
- Manage a caseload of 6–10 learners, ensuring consistent quality of care and learner satisfaction.

Required Experience:
- Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) therapy — Required
- Parent Training — Required
- Executive Functioning, Cognition, and Social Communication Development — Required
- Supervising RBTs and managing small caseloads — Preferred
- 3 years as a BCBA/QBA — Preferred
- Clinical supervision of BCBA/BCaBA interns — Preferred
Skills That Set You Apart:
- Proficient in Natural Environment Training (NET) — Required
- Self-starter with strong initiative and independence — Required
- Creative, adaptable, and collaborative — Preferred
- Skilled in abstract thinking and improvisation during sessions — Preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- BCBA/QBA Certification — Required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (Texas) or eligibility within 30 days — Required
- Valid CPR & First Aid Certification — Required
- Valid Driver’s License — Required
