Bilingual BCBA (Spanish/English) – Spring, TX | Flexible Hours

Olive Branch ABA is hiring a bilingual BCBA to serve families across the Houston area. Many Spanish-speaking families wait months to find a provider who can guide them through assessments, treatment, and progress in their own language. We're looking for a BCBA who can close that gap — and who wants to do it at a practice that respects clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs
• Partner with families to set goals and track progress
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) and Texas LBA
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience delivering ABA services to children and families
