What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain professional documentation and follow company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Active RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- One year of experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver's license.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
