2. 招聘与人才获取(Talent Acquisition & Recruitment)
- 负责关键岗位招聘的全流程管理(需求分析、渠道策略、面试评估、录用与入职)
- 与用人经理紧密协作,明确岗位画像并提升招聘质量
- 建立并维护人才储备池,提升关键岗位招聘的前瞻性与效率
- 优化候选人体验,持续提升雇主品牌影响力
- 跟踪招聘数据与关键指标,持续优化招聘流程与策略
3. HR运营与组织效能(HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness)
- 参与并优化入转调离等HR流程,确保流程高效与员工体验一致
- 确保HR政策与实践符合当地法律法规(如适用地区劳动法要求)
- 推动HR系统与流程优化,提高数据管理与运营效率
- 协同跨部门推动流程改进与HR数字化项目落地
- 支持HR数据分析、报表与人力规划工作
4. 员工体验与组织文化(Employee Experience & Culture)
- 推动积极、健康的员工体验,强化公司价值观与文化落地
- 专业处理员工关系问题,确保合规性与保密性
- 支持员工敬业度、学习发展及组织健康相关项目
- 通过沟通与机制建设,增强团队凝聚力与组织信任
任职要求(Qualifications)
- 本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先
- 5年以上人力资源相关经验,具备HRBP或招聘经验优先
- 有支持业务团队的经验,能够作为管理者可信赖的合作伙伴
- 熟悉招聘全流程,有快节奏环境下的招聘经验
- 了解当地劳动法规及基本合规要求
- 有HR流程优化、系统建设或数据分析经验者优先

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Coach managers on performance management, leadership capability, and team effectiveness
- Support change management initiatives and foster a high-performance culture
- Leverage HR data and insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical positions
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
3. HR Operations & Organizational Effectiveness
- Ensure efficient execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies
- Drive process improvements and support HR digitalization initiatives
- Enhance HR systems, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Support HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning
4. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a positive employee experience aligned with company values
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational health initiatives
- Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP and/or talent acquisition
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders as a trusted advisor
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in HR process optimization and systems is a plus
