Nova U.S. is looking for an HR Business Partner to support and lead HR activities and processes for our Materials Meteorology Division in US.

Pay Range: $125,000- $140,000 Annually (DOE)

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand business goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies and initiatives to support them.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Work with the TA team in US to fill all open positions.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover.
- Drive employees’ sense of pride, engagement, and passion. Ensure excellent employee experience through the employee lifecycle.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate the delivery of relevant programs and initiatives.
- Support career development efforts by providing coaching and guidance to employees on professional growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Liaising with Global HR team ensuring effective high-quality delivery of the services
- Reporting to Nova US HR Director based in Fremont, CA.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience as HR experience with HR practices
- Experience as HR Business Partner / Leader in a global company – must
- Experience in the semiconductor industry – advantage
- Relevant BA degree from an academic institute
- Holds both business & organizational acumen as well as people centricity approach.
- Agility and personal resilience to work in dynamic environment
- Combined task oriented with communication skills.
- Demonstrates passion and care while approaches all tasks.
- Collaborative / team player
