Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality meals to guests.
- Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down food stations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling food.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
