Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. This role is essential in providing exceptional service within our restaurant and catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, with experience in the food industry, and will be responsible for ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and organized dining area, kitchen, and food preparation spaces.
• Assist with bussing tables promptly to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Support food service operations by serving meals and beverages efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Participate in catering events, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in food handling and knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A background in catering or hotel services is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
