Responsibilities
- Assemble food items at the sandwich line with precision and speed, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, fryers, grills, and other culinary tools, adhering to kitchen health and safety standards.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices.
- Follow all food handling regulations to ensure safety and quality from preparation to service; participate in food safety management practices regularly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; culinary, catering, or serving experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health standards.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards, including food safety protocols such as sanitizing procedures.
- Experience working in banquet or hotel settings is advantageous but not required; hospitality background is valued.

Specifically, we are in need of a Dish Operator on Mondays, a Sandwich Line Team Member on Wednesdays, and a server every other weekend (Friday and Saturday). Ideally, we would like to find 1 person who fits all of these roles.
Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
