Qualifications:

• Restaurant experience

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee baking days to ensure baking duties are shared by all employees and that quality and productivity are kept.
• Keeping track of warehouse inventory and coordinate pick up
• Oversee inventory and par levels, as well as placing orders to maintain par
• Organize and plan for busy holiday cake schedule so that cakes are prepared and distributed with as much ease as possible. Checking sales from previous years to update yearly par.
• Responsible for keeping management informed of concerns or suggestions within the bakery; to include employee issues and concerns.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation of cakes and other bakery items.
• Maintain bakery equipment and Report concerns to Gm.
• Treat each employee respectfully, as well as make every effort to work harmoniously with all Olexa’s employees.
• Observe the no profanity policy.
• Organize and plan for busy holiday cake schedule so that cakes are prepared and distributed with as much ease as possible.
• Will attend any required wedding meetings and set up all wedding cakes
• Organize/Coordinate flower pick up every week
• Will insure all wedding pans and correct and completed weekly including color coating the cakes, delivery schedule, and flowers. Also making sure all St ands are polished or painted.
• Responsible for the preparation for all bridal show events.
• Maintain an organized paper goods area and upstairs supply area health department standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
