What You’ll Do
- Manage a civil litigation caseload with appropriate partner guidance
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions
- Take and defend depositions independently
- Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
- Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
- Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Bar (in good standing)
- 3 years of California civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Experience handling files with minimal supervision
- Deposition and law & motion experience
- Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $135,000 – $175,000 DOE performance-based bonus
