A well-established AV-rated Defense firm is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Irvine, looking to bring on a 5-year Associate Attorney and 10 Senior Attorney with courtroom experience; must be interested in going to trial and building their litigation skillset and/or do it with their eyes closed. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility (unlimited PTO). The Irvine office has full staff support, with a very collegial work culture, offering training and mentoring from Attorneys holding the gold standard in Insurance Defense work.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Drafting motions, discovery, pleadings, briefings, taking and defending depositions; EUO experience a plus
- Collaborate with partners and associate on case strategy
- Prepare and argue motions and opposition, trial prep, manage high volume case load
- Courtroom and jury trial experience preferred

Salary : $130,000 - $190,000
