Family Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient) - Alabama
Join a group of provider who are leading the way to better health by treating chronic illness with a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all facets of the disease process and employs patient self-management.
Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and preventive care services according to established protocols and under preceptorship of a designated physician. The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner provides primary care including counseling and referral as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
