We are seeking an experienced and dependable Nurse Practitioner to join our team at an onsite employer-based medical clinic in Albertville, Alabama.
This position offers a unique mix of primary care, acute care, occupational health, and workplace injury evaluation and treatment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, making sound clinical decisions, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional onsite environment.
Position Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients for a variety of needs, including:
- Acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Workplace injuries and occupational health evaluations and services
- Primary care and chronic condition management
- Preventive care and routine follow-up
- Appropriate triage and determination of level of care
- Medication management and prescribing within scope of practice
- Referrals and coordination of care when appropriate
- Accurate and timely medical record documentation
- Communication with the clinic team and appropriate employer representatives regarding occupational health matters, while maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- Current Alabama Nurse Practitioner license
- Current BLS certification
- Primary care, urgent care, occupational health, or emergency care experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $50–$60 per hour, based on experience
