We are looking for a Millwright for our Conroe, Texas plant.
Some of your main duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment for the blending, bottling, warehousing and ongoing construction of a chemical esterification plant with a startup of 2026.
- Inspect, service, repair, and conduct predefined preventative maintenance for various plant equipment, including pumps, compressors, air dryers, valves, and rotating machinery.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of various types of bearings, mechanical seals, and other sealing components.
- Service storage tanks, vessels, cooling towers, steam heating systems, and high-pressure systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and safety compliant.
- Apply machining and welding techniques to fabricate, modify, and repair parts as needed.
- Navigate SAP maintenance workflows for work orders, notifications, and documentation.
- Provide technical support during HSE audits and ensure proper documentation of all required maintenance paperwork.
- Independently troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols; actively contribute to a safety-first culture throughout the company.
Who are we looking for?
You'll succeed if:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a chemical, petrochemical, or process manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with bottling lines or similar high-speed automated production systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments to resolve issues quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or High School Diploma and a combination of relevant work experience.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with automation and process control systems specific to bottling and packaging operations.
- Understanding of basic welding principles.
