Ready to bring some light to the world? We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn bright ideas into bold, data‑driven strategies. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the digital ecosystem that powers our marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement—showcasing the brilliance of OLED technology while accelerating growth across emerging markets.

As a key member of our global marketing team, you will connect the dots between marketing, sales, product, and customers. You will own the platforms, processes, and campaigns that guide prospects through the journey—from first touch to qualified lead to long‑term partner. Your expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, compliance, segmentation, and digital experience will shape how the world experiences OLEDWorks.

What You’ll Do Every Day

You will be the architect behind our entire digital marketing engine—turning data, creativity, and technology into momentum that pushes our innovations into the spotlight. You will take command of Salesforce, HubSpot, our websites, and every key integration, building high‑performing nurture flows, dynamic email campaigns, polished landing pages, and smart lead‑routing systems that keep prospects moving. You’ll champion compliance by making GDPR, CCPA, CASL, and CAN‑SPAM feel effortless and baked into everything we do. You will elevate targeting through sharp segmentation and lead scoring, then use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce insights to fine‑tune performance and boost conversion. You will make our websites faster, clearer, and more compelling—strengthening SEO, user experience, and conversion paths. And you will collaborate across product marketing, sales, and engineering to electrify launches and keep every campaign flawlessly executed. In short, you’ll craft a digital journey that feels seamless, smart, and unforgettable—powering clean data, high‑impact campaigns, and a digital presence as innovative as OLEDWorks itself.

Skills You Must Bring

You come to us with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related technical discipline (an MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be a bonus). You are not new to the marketing space, you have at least 3–5 years of true digital marketing or marketing technology management experience, and you have worked in B2B, automotive, lighting, or display related industries. You have managed B2B end-to-end digital strategies and have worked closely with sales. You understand customer needs and innovation cycles, you are proficient with a CRM system (Salesforce and Hubspot are excellent), and you are an expert at proving ROI. Excellent writing and communication skills are non-negotiable since you will be producing writing pieces for the world to see! 

This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a lot going on, so you must be able to multi-task and prioritize your work. Since you will work with our global team, you must be able to build relationships and collaborate well with all departments. 

This position primarily operates within a professional office environment or in a hybrid/remote office environment. Ideally you live in Rochester and can come to the office at least some of the time. You may be asked to travel occasionally as well with this position, and at times we will need something heavier moved/lifted using assistance. The ability to work at a computer/desk is required.

Salary : $65,000 - $81,000
