Responsibilities
- Engage business owners in structured conversations about valuation, exit timing, and strategic options
- Review financials, interpret performance, and frame valuation ranges
- Present engagement terms and secure new listings
- Lead buyer–seller discussions and maintain deal momentum
- Negotiate terms and guide both sides through offers, financing, diligence, and closing
- Serve as the trusted advisor throughout the entire lifecycle of the transaction – Participate in one weekly sales/pipeline meeting for alignment
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and professional communication throughout each engagement
Requirements
- Strong business background preferred: banking, accounting, finance, law, operations, or senior leadership, former business owner
- Confident communicator capable of speaking with owners, buyers, and advisors – Ability to analyze financial information and think critically
- Self-directed work habits and the discipline to manage multiple opportunities independently
- High integrity and comfort handling confidential information
- Must live in or near the Southern Tier of New York and be available for in-person meetings and on location client meetings
- One week mandatory training in Florida
- Bachelors degree or higher
Work Structure
- Independent contractor (1099)

Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
