Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, along with proficiency in facilities management and maintenance management systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the continuous functionality of all equipment.
Maintenance Supervisor (Full-Time)

Reports To: Site Manager
Location: Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort – LaBelle, FL
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all resort maintenance operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and impeccably maintained property that enhances the guest experience at Olde Florida Motorcoach & RV Resort. This role requires a service-driven mindset, leadership excellence, and keen technical skills across resort infrastructure, amenities, and RV site utilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and schedule staff.
- Oversee maintenance operations including utilities, buildings, amenities, irrigation, and pools.
- Implement preventive maintenance program.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and guest spaces.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors.
- Manage work orders and quality control.
- Maintain inventory and manage purchasing.
- Ensure safety and ADA compliance.
- Support emergency maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with Guest Services for guest concerns.
- Ability to utilize work order system via app
- After Hours emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years maintenance leadership experience (RV resort/campground preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pools
- Experience with RV site utilities preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Preferred: MaintainX software experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Outdoor work, lifting 50 lbs
- Nights/weekends/holidays may be required
