Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Strips and cleans concrete formsPours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes
Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
Performs basic carpentry skills
Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience in concrete panel workAbility to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
