Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job Summary : The Ticketing Agent is responsible for setting the first impression of the experience of Old Tucson, so efficiency and friendliness are required. The position will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, processing ticket transactions, redemption of tickets, and directing patrons as needed. The Ticketing Agent will manage responsibilities with a balance of patience and a sense of urgency, work well under pressure, have strong multi-tasking skills, and most importantly have a pleasant demeanor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and assist the team with any ticketing and service needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Confirm reservations, ensuring passengers have arrived at the appropriate date and time.
- Make any necessary updates to customers' information, entering info into the system and ensure that proper information has been punched in prior to delivering tickets.
- Efficiently learn and utilize our ticketing system (ETix) for ticketing transactions, admission verification, and issues as they arise.
- Handle cash and credit payments through Etix.
- Assist in general care of ticketing area including keeping a clean and orderly space.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive working environment and advises other management with related concerns.
- Able to listen and follow directions within a fast-paced team setting.
- Ability to work well under high pressure situations.
