Maintenance Technician

Old Toccoa Farm Resort | Mineral Bluff, GA

Old Toccoa Farm Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our resort facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and commercial kitchen equipment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Maintain commercial kitchen equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Perform seasonal winterization and de-winterization
• Operate equipment including tractors and skid steers
• Assist with light construction, painting, drywall, and carpentry projects
• Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders
• Support property improvement projects across the resort

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment strongly preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and operate equipment
