Old Souls is hiring a Breakfast & Lunch Cook to help drive a fast-paced, quality-focused daytime kitchen. This role is for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized under pressure, and take real pride in the food they put out.
If you’ve worked a busy line, can handle eggs, sandwiches, and tickets flying in—and still keep your standards high—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running breakfast and lunch service with speed and consistency
- Cooking eggs, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch items to spec
- Keeping tickets moving without sacrificing quality
- Maintaining a clean, tight, and efficient workspace
- Working as part of a small, focused team that expects everyone to pull their weight
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and bakery staff
- Help contribute ideas for specials and menu development

- Solid kitchen experience (breakfast experience is a big plus)
