Now Hiring: Barista / Front Counter Team Member
Location: Old Souls Bakery – Perry, NY
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Morning & Weekend Availability Preferred
Old Souls Bakery is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our front-of-house team. As a Barista / Front Counter Team Member, you’ll be the first face our customers see — welcoming them with a smile, crafting great drinks, and helping create the warm, community-centered experience Old Souls is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Taking and packing bakery and café orders
- Restocking, cleaning, and keeping the front counter organized and inviting
- Answering customer questions and helping them choose from our daily offerings
- Running register and handling transactions accurately
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Has barista or café experience (preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person)
- Is available early mornings and weekends
