- Entering title orders, ownership searches, and quotes accurately and efficiently
- Managing and prioritizing requests received through shared team inboxes
- Updating order information and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring product delivery timelines and ensuring service commitments are met
- Responding to customer and internal inquiries by phone and email
- Providing outstanding customer service and professional communication
- Assisting teammates and supporting department workflow during peak periods
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Maintaining accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
