Our associates are managed and supported by some of the most reputable leaders on The Peninsula. This person will cover a territory which includes everything from Santa Clara to San Francisco Counties. In addition to being self-motivated and able to work independently and part of a team, you must have exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills and possess the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Established relationships in the commercial real estate industry with commercial bankers, developers and attorneys is a plus. The candidate must be proficient in using a CRM such as Salesforce.
The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.

- This is a hybrid-office position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Most days will consist of local travel in the region or working in office.
- This position includes a base salary, commission, generous auto allowance and a cell phone allowance.
- Responsibilities include: promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to commercial real estate professionals, developers, investors and other industry stakeholders.
- The primary objective is to drive market share and revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Attendance at commercial real estate events and meetings and developing business via in-person meetings with clients and potential clients is required.
