We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Full-Time/Part Time Night Shift teams at our welcoming 44-bed short-term rehabilitation community.

Position Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Schedule: Full-Time or Part Time
- Shift Options: Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Rotation
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires
- Starting Pay: $32–$36/hour

What You’ll Do
As an LPN at Old Mill Rehabilitation, you’ll play an important role in supporting patients through their recovery journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting accurately

Qualifications
- Current LPN License (Nebraska or Compact State)
- BLS/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
