Job Description
Acute Rehabilitation – Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient
- Compiles, compares and records patient care information
- Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes
- Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
- Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
- Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patients

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
- CPR certification
- Clinical experience preferred
