Your Role as a CNA

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide compassionate, high-quality care while helping our residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, grooming, and personal care
• Obtaining vital signs and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Providing assistance and support as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Providing exceptional, personalized care and 5-star customer service

You'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while becoming an important part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Nebraska CNA license
• Current BLS/CPR certification prior to hire
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and safely assist with 50 lbs using proper body mechanics
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum age requirement of 19

Preferred, but not required:

• 1 year of CNA experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting
