YOUR SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some days until 6:00 PM)
Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: OFF always
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience for every patient
- Schedule and optimize provider calendars to maximize production and efficiency
- Verify PPO and fee-for-service insurance benefits; clearly communicate patient financial responsibility
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans, recall appointments, and outstanding balances
- Manage inbound and outbound patient communication via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with clinical staff to keep daily operations running seamlessly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of dental front desk or dental receptionist experience - required
- Proficiency in Open Dental or Dentrix strongly preferred
- Solid working knowledge of PPO insurance, out-of-network billing, and fee-for-service workflows
- Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
