Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Technician located in Richmond, VA. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Collaboration with team members and delivering excellent customer service are integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and certifications (EPA license or equivalent required)
- Understanding of electrical systems and components related to HVAC
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards
- Journeyman or Master's card preferred, but not necessary.
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
