To that end we are seeking a Contracts Specialist to performs duties related to Service Provider Contracts
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Compile provider contracts, services, and satisfaction data; prepare and analyze required and related reports; notify appropriate OCES staff.
- Assist with initiating and monitoring provider contracts, including on-site evaluations, insurance coverage and monthly OIG checks to ensure quality of delivered services and compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with ensuring that current, accurate Provider contract data is in OCES files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in completing provider direct/billing functions as needed and requested.
- Analyze procedures and recommend suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow; implement after approved.
- Provide primary backup for Contracts Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to respect the workplace and providers privacy and confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills; attention to detail, accuracy, and due dates
- Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred
- Two years of experience in an office environment
Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift-up to 25 pounds at times
- Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation.
- Must have personal computer with secured internet access at home
