Program Director to be responsible for planning, evaluating, and
overseeing nutrition services and programs to ensure compliance with
organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and the nutritional
needs of participants. What you\'ll do: Plan and develop initiatives to
optimize Nutrition Program operations Participate in the recruitment,
training and evaluation of Nutrition Program Staff Oversee the Nutrition
billing process and engage in ongoing quality measures to ensure
efficiency Ensure quality of the Nutrition Program in accordance with
established policies and procedures Engage in ongoing outreach and
partnerships with Meal Sites, COAs and other community entities Provide
direct oversight to Nutrition Program Supervisors, Dietitian and other
staff as assigned Participate in contracting processes Attend and
participate in network and statewide meetings Other duties as assigned.

Excellent computer skills Ability to respect the workplace and
providers\' privacy and confidentiality Ability to deal effectively with
statistical and financial data Knowledge of general office procedures
and equipment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Previous ASAP experience highly preferred Bachelor\'s degree or above in
management or related field Minimum 5 years\' experience in human
services with at least 2 years in management role Management experience
in food service or social services environment Ability to plan and
organize work independently and to promote collaboration What you\'ll
