- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Support menu planning efforts by suggesting improvements or modifications based on operational needs
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in production and food handling practices
- Excellent knife skills with slicing techniques for efficient prep work
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively
