Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments with attention to detail
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling bills efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
