Our services include wellness exams, routine vaccinations, surgery, digital radiology, mobile ultrasound, in-house and reference lab diagnostics, as well as boarding and grooming.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Punctuality, reliability, and dependability

- Engage with every client in a warm and welcoming manner
- Acknowledge customers by name
- Responsiveness to clients' needs and requests
- Patience and attentiveness when dealing with clients, especially in emotional situations
- Adaptability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and personalities
- Book appointments, confirm follow-ups, manage medical records, and ensure accuracy
- Ability to handle transactions and cash with accuracy
- Explain fees, process payments, and manage invoices.
- Show initiative and capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Willing to support team members in developing their skills and knowledge while increasing their own
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes open to close shifts and Saturdays
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
