Position Overview 

As a
Patient Care Coordinator, you are the face and voice of the center—playing a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting daily operations and business growth.

This position blends patient engagement, hospitality, operational excellence, and community outreach. We are looking for a motivated, service-driven individual who takes ownership, builds meaningful relationships, and thrives in a growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming patient experience, building meaningful relationships that foster trust, satisfaction, and retention.
• Educate prospective and current patients on laser therapy, treatment expectations, and benefits.
• Manage patient communications, including phone calls, text messages, email correspondence, and proactive follow-up.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
• Optimize patient scheduling and operational workflows to support center efficiency, laser technician productivity, and overall performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional center environment while collaborating with clinical staff and leadership.
• Support business growth through patient engagement, community outreach, referral development, and local marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate social media content and engagement to strengthen brand awareness, promote center initiatives, and connect with the local community.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership by identifying opportunities to improve patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and new patient growth.
• Contribute to a positive, service-driven team culture while supporting the center's overall success
  

Qualifications 

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, patient-facing, hospitality or client service role  
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to take initiative and support daily operations.
• Experience supporting business growth through customer engagement, relationship building, sales, or community outreach.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient or customer experiences.
• Experience managing high-volume interactions while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and service excellence.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms, point-of-sale systems, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a confident phone presence and professional written communication.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall center performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership, contribute ideas, and support center growth.
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, service-driven culture.
