As a Sales Consultant at Olathe Lincoln, you will guide customers in finding their ideal vehicle by fostering strong, lasting relationships built on trust and expert product knowledge. This role emphasizes providing an exceptional purchasing experience, working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets, engage in timely follow-ups, and maintain a positive, team-driven atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships to build a loyal clientele.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques by actively listening and asking insightful questions to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Continuously enhance your expertise in vehicle products, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies to become a trusted authority.
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Perform follow-up communications with buyers to foster successful referral business.
  • Develop skills to effectively overcome objections and excel in competitive sales environments.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager on progress, planned activities, performance reviews, and market analysis.
  • Bring a highly motivated mindset and maintain a positive, professional attitude every day.


Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated to achieve success.
  • Keen eagerness to quickly learn and master vehicle features, product details, and industry updates.
  • Exceptional communication skills when engaging with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a client-facing role.
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.


Experience selling luxury or premium automotive brands, or related industries, is preferred.
