Responsibilities:
- Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships to build a loyal clientele.
- Apply consultative selling techniques by actively listening and asking insightful questions to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
- Continuously enhance your expertise in vehicle products, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies to become a trusted authority.
- Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Perform follow-up communications with buyers to foster successful referral business.
- Develop skills to effectively overcome objections and excel in competitive sales environments.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager on progress, planned activities, performance reviews, and market analysis.
