Job Overview
We’re hiring a Tree Service Groundsman to join our crew.
This is hands-on, physical work—not a desk job. You’ll be on the ground helping with tree removals and trimming, dragging brush, running equipment, and keeping the job site moving.
We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing solid work. Experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety.
- Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment safely to access high branches or difficult areas.
- Support rigging operations by setting up ropes and pulleys for safe tree removal or branch disposal.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and safety gear in excellent condition for daily use.
- Follow all safety protocols during tree care activities to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience or growing knowledge in tree care is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate/ learn bucket trucks, lifts and other tree service equipment.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
