Experienced Tree Service Groundsman

All Care Tree Service is hiring an experienced tree service groundsman to support professional tree removal and pruning crews throughout the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna, Eagle, Caldwell).
We are looking for someone reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a fast-moving production crew.
Responsibilities
Assist climbers with tree removal and pruning operations
Operate chainsaws safely
Feed brush into wood chippers
Manage rigging ropes and lowering lines
Support stump grinding operations
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Load trucks and manage debris removal
Help with traffic awareness and job-site safety
Requirements
Previous tree service experience required
Chainsaw experience required
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Dependable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Preferred but not required:
Valid driver’s license
Trailer backing experience
Mini skid steer experience
CDL (pay increase available)
Interest in climber advancement
