What We’re Looking For

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Mechanically and technically inclined
  • Able to troubleshoot basic AV and production equipment
  • Comfortable lifting and moving event equipment
  • Able to lift approximately 50 lbs or more
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving company or rental vehicles when needed
  • Available primarily evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable with late-night event strike and load-out
  • Able to work in a fast-paced live-event environment

Previous experience in AV, event production, stagehand work, DJ production, lighting, live events, theater production, or similar technical work is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Pay

This is a part-time, event-based position. Hours will vary from week to week based on our event schedule, with most work taking place on evenings and weekends.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and level of responsibility.

Paid time generally begins when reporting to our storage facility for an assigned event and includes equipment preparation, transportation, setup, event coverage when required, strike, and return of equipment.

There is no guaranteed minimum number of weekly hours.
