Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the serving staff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Duties

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for new patrons.
• Reset tables with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins to ensure readiness for incoming guests.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding any issues or special requests from guests.
• Support catering events as required by assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
