Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle CDL driver recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with fleet demand and growth goals
- Maintain a strong driver pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Achieve recruiting targets and maintain high seated truck ratios
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard CDL drivers

Requirements
- HR experience (trucking/logistics preferred)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
