Okler Roofing is looking for an experienced Lead Roofing Foreman who is ready to take ownership of every project, lead with professionalism, and help develop the next generation of roofing leaders.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for the successful execution of every project from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead residential and commercial roofing crews with professionalism and accountability.
- Plan daily workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and safety.
- Ensure every project meets Okler Roofing's workmanship standards before leaving the site.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors throughout each project.
- Train, coach, and develop roofing technicians while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Conduct final quality inspections and verify all work has been completed correctly.
- Identify and resolve jobsite challenges quickly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites that reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Communicate project progress, scheduling needs, and field updates with management.
- Complete thorough documentation for every project, including detailed job notes, required checklists, and comprehensive before, during, and after photographs. Accurate documentation is a critical part of every successful project and is a non-negotiable responsibility of this position.
- Represent Okler Roofing professionally with homeowners, commercial clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Asphalt Shingle Roofing
- Standing Seam Metal Roofing
- Metal Shingles, Shakes & Tiles
- EPDM, TPO & PVC Roofing Systems
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Rollforming Equipment
- CNC Sheet Metal Machinery
- Seamless Gutters
- Roof Repairs
- Residential & Commercial Roofing Systems
- General Construction
Qualifications
We're looking for leaders who combine technical expertise with professionalism and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous Roofing Foreman or Crew Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
