In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems to ensure the durability and safety of residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities

• Install and repair diverse roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing with precision and attention to detail
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively on job sites
• Apply construction safety protocols such as harnesses, ladder use procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform siding installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry work as needed for comprehensive restoration projects
• Conduct roof inspections to identify damage or deterioration requiring repair or replacement
• Assist in framing carpentry and metal stud framing tasks during remodeling or renovation projects

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment
• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including harnesses, ladder safety, and general site safety protocols
• Experience with siding installation, caulking, tile laying, trim carpentry, masonry, or remodeling is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction site management or handyman roles is advantageous
